Website owners that do not review their current website security settings may be in for a shock on July 1, 2018 when google implements change to the way their customers view websites. In fact visitors to their website may not see the website at all and instead be greeted with a security warning similar to the one right.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

If your website does not currently display https:// in the browser address window when you view your site online then you need to add an SSL Security Certificate to your website. SSL Security Certificates are a form of data encryption that once installed on a website will ensure you maintain a secure connection with your site visitor. It will also keep you in the good books with google who continue to dominate the internet search market.
